Purpose: Chi O Creations, the preferred vendor of Chi Omega Fraternity, is designed to support all endeavors of Chi Omega Fraternity while providing quality merchandise and protecting our brand.

Mandy Cloud Niles
Rho Epsilon | Texas Christian

 

Mandy Cloud Niles currently serves as Vice President for the Chi O Creations Board of Trustees.

She was initiated into the Rho Epsilon Chapter at Texas Christian University and served in various Cardinal Cabinet roles and on the Executive Board, which inspired her early career choices. After graduating with a degree in interior design, Mandy was honored to serve as a National Leadership Consultant for two years - which remains her favorite job experience!

Mandy broadened her experience as the Director of Panhellenic Affairs at the University of Texas, but later returned to her Chi Omega roots to serve as Director of Extension & NPC and Director of Chapter Development at the Executive Headquarters. As a volunteer, she has served the Fraternity as a member of the National Recruitment Team and as Chair of Firesides Leadership Training. Mandy is currently on the Advisory Board for the Iota Chapter at the University of Texas in Austin, where she lives with her husband and three children. She in an interior designer and owns her own firm, as well as an art consultancy.

Leslie Herington
Pi | Tennessee

 

Leslie Richbourg Herington, originally from Memphis, Tennessee, is serving her thirteenth year as the Chief Executive Officer of Chi Omega Fraternity. Leslie is an Initiate of the Pi Chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.

After graduation, Leslie attained her CPA certification and spent her early career practicing public accounting as a corporate auditor with Ernst & Young. In 2003, she was hired as the Chief Financial Officer at the Chi Omega Executive Headquarters and also served Chi Omega as a national volunteer. Her positions have included: Chair of the Financial Resources Development Committee, Chair of the Chi Omega Foundation Sisterhood Fund Disaster Relief Program, local advisor to the Chi Omega Chapter at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and member of the Chi Omega Convention staff since 2006. In 2012, Leslie was named Chief Executive Officer of Chi Omega Fraternity and currently oversees all Fraternity staff at Chi Omega’s Executive Headquarters.

Leslie lives in Memphis with her husband, Jeff, a Sigma Chi, and her two daughters, Avery, an initiate of the Pi Chapter at the University of Tennessee and Olivia, member of the Nu Beta Chapter at the University of Alabama.

Claire White
Phi Delta | Mississippi State

 

Claire White is an Initiate of the Phi Delta Chapter at Mississippi State University. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in business administration, and went on to work for a large manufacturing firm, specializing in the airline industry and government contracting. There, she spent 13 years as their CFO in addition to serving as the Director of Finance and leading the charge on the acquisition of a second manufacturing facility, specializing in armored vehicles for the United States and foreign militaries. Claire joined Chi Omega Executive Headquarters in February 2024, and serves the Fraternity as Chief Financial Officer. She resides in Collierville, Tennessee with her husband, Blake, and daughter, Frankie. They are so excited to welcome their second child arriving late this summer!

Jill Bowman
Zeta Beta | Arizona

 

Jill Bowman is an Initiate of the Zeta Beta Chapter at the University of Arizona and currently serves as Fraternity National Treasurer (S.N.V.) and Senior RFM Specialist.

Formerly, Jill served as a National Leadership Consultant, a member of the National Recruitment Team, and has been involved with Fraternity extension presentations. Jill graduated with a bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology with a minor in math, chemistry, and physics. While in the chapter, Jill served as G.H. and G.T.B. 

Jill currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband Brent, and their two children Brynn and Drew. She is an avid volunteer at her children’s school, serving most recently as Auction Chair and PTO President. In 2023, Jill received her master's from the Colorado School of Public Health, with a focus on leadership and public health practice.
